Welcome to session 2 of  our 4 week beginners Yoga course with Corey from Ritual Sweat Society Providence.

As we head into Day 16 of lockdown in the U.S, practicing Yoga is a great way to destress, re-energize and relax your mind from everything that is going on outside. It is also a great way to prepare yourself for a great gaming session, where you can challenge your opponents with renewed vim and vigour.
