Jarrett Lucas joined the Stonewall team in July 2010. Previously, Jarrett had spent a decade organizing in movements centering on women, LGBTQ people, and communities of color. He has worked with an extensive roster of groups, from local to international, including INCITE!, Soulforce, and the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance. Jarrett has been an advisor to social justice and arts patron, the Rubin Foundation, and has held leadership on a number of nonprofit boards, recently serving as Vice-Chair at the Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice the Policy Committee Chair of Nonprofit New York, a membership association of 1,600 organizations and advocacy leader for the nonprofit sector in New York.
In addition to dozens of arrests for civil disobedience, Jarrett’s activism has garnered three Congressional tributes and been profiled in the award-winning documentary Equality U and PBS’s Generation Next 2.0. He has certifications in nonprofit governance from BoardSource and nonprofit executive management from Duke University. A trained engineer, Jarrett has a passion for innovation, be it applied to technology or movement building. He lives in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan.

Hi! I’m Dara or Daramgar. I’m a professional caster for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate! I try my best to offer myself as trans representation for both Smash Bros. and esports as a whole. Additionally, outside of competitive videogames, I am passionate about streaming, fashion, and music production.
Crystal is the VP of Content at Ritual Motion and has worked with various organizations in esports, including theScore, Esports Insider, Benzinga, The Loadout, Supernyx, and OpTic Gaming. In addition, Crystal is a Women in Games Ambassador. In a weird combination with esports, Crystal also worked in pediatric trauma as a surgical technologist. She hopes to use her mixture of experience both in and out of the industry to promote healthy decisions in gaming and create opportunities for other women trying to find a way into esports.
