Born in South Korea, to a military dad and poor Korean mom, Jenn Mac spent her childhood in between ethnicities and countries. By the age of five, she lived in two countries and five states, with two different families. Her first console was a VTECH Socrates Entertainment System in 1988. Gaming was her roots, her stability and her grounding as a military brat. Gaming in the 90s however, was a different experience then today. Now she uses her life experience to create actionable conversation around gaming, creativity, and mental health as a mixed Asian American content creator and Director of Partnerships and Influencers / Content Strategist for Women in Games International.
Crystal is the VP of Content at Ritual Motion and has worked with various organizations in esports, including theScore, Esports Insider, Benzinga, The Loadout, Supernyx, and OpTic Gaming. In addition, Crystal is a Women in Games Ambassador. In a weird combination with esports, Crystal also worked in pediatric trauma as a surgical technologist. She hopes to use her mixture of experience both in and out of the industry to promote healthy decisions in gaming and create opportunities for other women trying to find a way into esports.
