Justin Tolbert has been leading Esports programs since 2018, starting a program at Baker High School in Mobile, Alabama. There, the Hornets made state playoff appearances with multiple League of Legends rosters through each season.

In 2020, he accepted the position of Esports Head Coach at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. There he’s assumed more of a director role, organizing rosters across 5+ titles for competition.
