Cindy Gambale has been a certified fitness consultant for 17 years. During that time she has learned and experienced what has been the most effective means of training. At age 50 and in amazing shape, she is a perfect example of age having no limits. Cindy’s beginnings into the fitness world started at a very young age as a dancer. Some of her appearances included music videos and her professional MTV background where she performed live, televised, and toured the country with MTV.

Cindy’s priority is to inspire, motivate, and educate clients to stay on the path of good health. She aims to encourage confidence, acceptance, self-love and a steady level of fitness.

Cindy’s workout method focuses on core and functional training. Strengthening the whole lumbopelvic-hip complex allows the body to work more efficiently while functional training focuses the individual to strengthen their body to perform the activities of daily life more easily and with less injury.

Each exercise will be video and audiotaped allowing the client to easily follow along with Cindy’s workouts. Form is a high priority keeping the body safe and as injury-free as possible. There will be 15, 30, and 45 min. circuits focusing on full-body strengthening.
