That’s why we are inviting you to join Ritual Motion’s newest expert Dr. Drew Schwartz for a 15 minute HIIT workout that will leave you feeling great and ready for the game. 

 

Dr. Drew Schwartz is a Chiropractor and avid gamer dedicated to educating gamers/ desk dwellers alike. Dr. Drew attended Concordia College, Moorhead where he earned his major in Biology and Chemistry while also becoming hooked on competitive gaming by way of Halo 1 and Halo 3. After college, Dr Drew attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, where he achieved his doctorate before taking a post in Cleveland, Ohio, where he has lived ever since. 

 

He still plays video games to relax (currently League of Legends, Apex Legends, and Minecraft) and connect with his friends who are scattered around the world. As a passionate gamer though, Dr. Drew doesn’t just play, he also likes to give back to the community by way of his blog: www.forthewellnessblog.com where he helps the gaming community, and those whose job is focused on sitting behind a desk to improve their back and neck health by improving flexibility, posture and their ergonomic set up.
