Complexity GX3 will strive to empower female gamers.

Complexity Gaming today announced the signing of GX3, one of the top women’s VALORANT rosters, to form Complexity GX3. In addition to competing in the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) Game Changers circuit, Complexity GX3 will also put a heavy focus on gender equality in gaming and esports.

The signing of Complexity GX3 marks the organization’s first all-women roster and second VALORANT team. Each member of the roster comes from a variety of competitive backgrounds in Counter-Strike, Apex Legends, and Fortnite. Team members include:

“GX3 uniquely embodies our organization’s core values, and we’re thrilled to welcome them into the Complexity family,” said Jason Lake, Founder and CEO of Complexity Gaming. “The squad’s competitive credentials coupled with their growing platform for female empowerment have the potential to shake up the gaming world in a major way.”

GX3’s Alimonstr and maddiesuun have consistently been supporters of inclusivity and have made it a purpose to create a positive impact in the esports space. Alimonstr has worked for nearly two decades in the industry to inspire young women to pursue professional careers in esports and gaming. Her teammate maddiesuun has also helped to push inclusivity into the spotlight through her time with Gen.G’s Team Bumble. With Complexity’s support, the roster will work to create a more accepting and supportive community while taking “actionable steps” to mitigate toxicity.

“We strive to leave a lasting legacy on the esports world both competitively and culturally,” said Alimonstr. “Signing with a reputable and supportive organization like Complexity will not only equip us with tools to enhance our performance but also a platform to kick start important industry conversations about instilling change.”

Complexity GX3 will debut its new roster at the VCT Game Changers Qualifier on September 24.
